FAQs

Railyard is a unique kind of establishment with a lot going on at all times. Please see the responses below to answer questions you might have. If something is still unclear, please feel free to reach out to us at info@railyardFVL.com.

Can you please explain your "check-in" process?

Upon entering Railyard, all guests and parties will check-in with our Ambassadors at "The Station". The check-in process will include opening a tab and attaching a credit or debit card to it, setting any spending limits, issuing RFID bracelets to all guests, checking IDs of anyone consuming alcohol, and informing and orienting guests to the Railyard layout. You will also receive a link via text message that will direct you to Railyard vendor menus so that you can place orders directly from your phone.

Can you please explain your "check-out" process?

When it is time to close out your tab you can do one of two processes. First, you can return to "The Station" and see an Ambassador who will close out your tab. At that time, you can change your card on file, you can split payment between multiple guests, or you can pay in cash. The second option is to pay your tab using the link provided at check-in. If you choose the second option you cannot switch your payment method to cash or split the check among other guests.

How do I order food?

There are 3 ways:

- Directly, face-to-face at each vendor's counter/window

- At any one of our several ordering kiosks

- Cell phone, by using the link provided at check-in

Guests will scan their RFID bracelet at the vendor counter or at the kiosk in order to charge their tab.

*Drinks from Marma's Margaritas, Mixology, or Level Two have to be ordered at the bars; RailBox Beer Garden is a self-pour draft system that allows guests to scan their RFID bracelet in order to activate the tap.

What is the parking situation?

Railyard has 55 on-site parking spaces to include handicapped spaces. There are an additional 50 parking spaces adjacent to the property at a public lot. There are another 50 spaces available at a public lot one block away. Please see our parking map here.

Can I bring my dog?
