Flavor Junction offers a culinary fusion of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Indian dishes and flavors that will leave you satisfied yet wanting more. Chef Colin Gomes and Owner/Operator Jaspreet “Sunny” Bindra have crafted a unique, delectable menu that includes items such as gyros, chicken tikka masala, chana masala, falafel, hakka noodles, and naan bread. Flavor Junction has catered high profile events for companies including IBM, Merck, Pfizer, Fidelity, Wells Fargo,  Lowes, and Google, and their renowned food truck has appeared locally at the Haymount Truck Stop.
